The Marblehead Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit organization dedicated to the enhancement and development of the business community, is currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant. Primary responsibilities include: answering the phone and responding to inquiries, assisting with membership, maintaining the office and ordering supplies, assisting with meeting preparation, and helping at various Chamber events. Looking for someone part-time (approximately 15 hours per week) with a great attitude, someone who loves people and who has exceptional computer skills.
Required skills: three years of office experience. Highly motivated to work independently. Ability to interact happily and enthusiastically in a small office setting. Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work load.
Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe PDF and Access. Willingness to learn and excel!
